headspace Palmerston

headspace Palmerston provides ‘no wrong door’ advice and support for young people aged 12 to 25 in the Palmerston and rural area. By registering for support, you will receive contact to discuss your options whether that be at headspace Palmerston or within our community.

Our centre can support with:

  • mental health (which includes social and emotional wellbeing and peer support)
  • work and study
  • alcohol and other drugs
  • physical health
  • sexual health
