headspace Palmerston

headspace Palmerston provides advice and support for young people aged 12 to 25 in the Palmerston and rural area.

Our centre can support with:

  • mental health (which includes social and emotional wellbeing and peer support)
  • work and study
  • alcohol and other drugs
  • physical health
  • sexual health

We are a free, confidential and inclusive service which does not discriminate regardless of race, cultural background, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or abilities.
