The Anglicare Youth Housing Program – Palmerston & Rural (AYHP-PR) assists young people (singles, couples and young families) 15-19 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. AYHP-PR is a well established specialist youth homelessness service which provides an important role within the local service delivery system. You will manage a small accommodation complex, provide personal support, information, referral and advocacy assistance. In conjunction with co-workers you will undertake development group work, community education and small-scale capacity building projects.
