Joel commenced his role as Regional Operations Manager, Alice Springs in January 2022. After completing a BA in History and Politics from Swansea University in Wales, Joel was inspired to further his studies and completed a Master’s in Social Work at the University of Birmingham in England.

Joel has lived in the Territory for 6 years after relocating from the UK and has a background in child protection, family support and residential care services.
