Dot Pawlukowski

Dot is a practising solicitor with over 20 years of professional experience as a senior leader, legal practitioner and board director in the corporate, professional services and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the UK.

Dot joined the Anglicare NT Board in May 2026, and is currently also serving as an independent director on the Board of B.B.M. Limited. She has previously served on the Board of Aarnja Ltd, a large indigenous charity based in Broome, as well as having served as an executive director on the board of subsidiary of National Australia Bank Limited.

Dot is deeply committed to the empowerment and advancement of First Nations communities and people, and to promoting the opportunity for all young Australians to be educated and to thrive. She is motivated to contribute her skills and interests to the significant vision, strategy and services of Anglicare NT.
