Bronwyn Phillips

Position: Quality Manager

Bronwyn has lived in the NT since 2004 and one of her first jobs when moving to Darwin was with Anglicare NT in an administrative capacity. In 2006 she moved into the area of Quality Assurance and developed her knowledge of this work with various Quality related roles in other organisations in both the community services and private sectors.

In 2013 Bronwyn returned to work with Anglicare NT and commenced in the role of Quality Manager. As Quality Manager she works with Executive and Operational level managers to maintain Agency Wide accreditation processes, provides advice when program level accreditations are being conducted and is responsible for maintaining communications to all staff about quality and accreditation activities. Another area of responsibility is maintaining document control of Policy and Procedure documents.

Bronwyn is passionate about quality assurance theory and processes and using them to contribute to ensuring quality outcomes for Anglicare NT’s clients.
