Youth Homelessness Options and Pathways Program

The Youth Homelessness Options and Pathways Program (YHOPP) supports young people aged 10 to 25 who are at risk of and/or experiencing homelessness.

Through intensive case management and the development of independent living skills, YHOPP assists young people to explore accommodation options. The program also works to strengthen family relationships, supporting young people to remain with or return to live with family when appropriate.
