Pandanus – Childbirth Education & Perinatal Support
The Pandanus program offers free, confidential support for young pregnant women and young parents. We provide practical pre‑ and post‑natal education and help you develop a stronger understanding of healthy relationships. Our team will support you to build strong networks and feel confident as you begin your parenting journey.
We provide:
- Childbirth education classes to pregnant women 25 years and under
- Post natal education and peer support for new mums under 25 years of age
- One-on-one support and case management for young parents throughout antenatal and post natal (up to 3 months) periods
- Transport, information and referrals for people in the Darwin and rural areas
