Commonwealth Home Support Program
Trained support workers help older people remain in their own homes while maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Services include personal care, domestic assistance, shopping and transport. Our social support service also offers a range of activities in a community-based setting, helping people stay connected and engaged.
Assistance provided varies in each region. Please contact your local Anglicare NT office to find out what we offer in your area.
