Home Support Program, Darwin

Darwin Home Support Program provides a range of in home supports for people over 65 years, or 50 years if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to maintain independence and continue living in their own homes.

The program provides domestic assistance, personal care, social activities and transport to clients.  The program aims to work collaboratively with people to maintain independence and quality of life.

People are referred to this program via the My Aged Care Portal, medical professionals, families or individuals.
