Community Housing is offered in Alice Springs for people on low to moderate incomes. Located at Bloomfield Street, the housing complexes include two-bedroom units that are available to rent.
Each unit features a courtyard, open plan dining and kitchen area, plenty of storage and an individual car space.
To be eligible to apply you must:
- Currently live in the Northern Territory
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Be 16 years or older
- Meet the income and asset limits
- Be able to demonstrate that you can sustain a tenancy
