About the Position
Garaworra Supported Accommodation program provides medium term accommodation, support and skills development to families and individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
As the Tenancy & Property Officer, your key responsibilities are providing tenancy and property management support for all properties on the Garaworra site and the delivery of tenancy related education workshops and information sessions that support and assist tenants to achieve successful and sustainable tenancies.
To be successful in this role, you will have the skills, ability and willingness to work with a diverse range of people, knowledge of property and tenancy management and education, training and/or presentation skills. A diploma or equivalent qualification in Social Housing/Community Services or relevant experience in the social or community housing sector is highly desirable.
