About the Position
The Tenancy Support Program is funded by the Department of Housing to assist public housing applicants and tenants who require support to sustain their tenancy. The objectives of the role are to assist families and individuals maintain and sustain their tenancy, develop links to community support services and increase their knowledge and skills to maintain their housing prevent and homelessness.
We are seeking an experienced case manager with a diploma or equivalent qualification in a community services or other relevant discipline or experience in a related field.
You will have the skills ability and willingness to work with a diverse range of people, knowledge of tenancy and related issues facing homeless people and experience working in an outreach capacity.
