About the Position
The headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program (hYEPP) is a government funded youth mental health program and also is an innovative initiative established to provide assertive, early intervention, responsive treatment and holistic recovery focused care for young people aged 12 to 25 years who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
The Senior Clinician CC/MATT is responsible for the clinical coordination of the mobile assessment, acute and continuing care service provision to youth people and their families who are experiencing, or are at risk of, a first episode of psychosis. This includes comprehensive, mental health and risk assessment, case formulation, acute and home based community treatment, crisis response and case management consistent with the hYEPP/EPPIC model of care.
To be considered for this position you must hold a tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline and registration with the relevant regulatory body or membership of and demonstrated adherence to the ASW Practice Standards (Social workers, who are not required to register with regulatory authority in Australia.)
