Regional Operations Manager – Full Time – Based In Katherine

About the Position
This pivotal role, based in Katherine will lead Anglicare NT’s community and youth services in the Katherine Region.
You will be an experienced, dedicated and motivated community service leader that is ready to work within a dynamic and committed team in a great Territory community!
The position will report to the Executive Manager – Community Care and Access and is responsible for the overall management of the Katherine operations. With numerous programs and services in place the Regional Operations Manager will lead, establish, promote and build collaborative networks and partnerships with the community and drive the local development of the organisation. The role will also allow you to contribute to the development, implementation of new initiatives and service improvement activities as part of the Organisational Leadership Team whilst maintaining a strong working interface with Head Office.
Success in this role will come from your experience in program management, your significant knowledge of the structural and social drivers of disadvantage and your demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and inspire.
We are seeking a leader with exceptional management skills that enables you to meet current and future challenges across urban, regional and remote areas. You will drive innovation and quality in existing services and programs and your experience will be supported by tertiary qualifications.
You must have a NT Ochre Card and National Criminal History Check (Less than 3 months old).
