About the Position
We are looking for an experienced community services manager to support the growth of a range of community services including tenancy support and transitional accommodation services; refugee and migrant support services; prison chaplaincy; support services to people with a disability and older people in their own homes, as well as the Community Visitor Scheme.
Reporting to the Execuitve Manager, the Operations Manager – Darwin Community Services will play a key role in service development and growth in collaboration with Program Coordinators and external partners .
The ideal candidate will have management and leadership experience within similar operations, ensure the provision of quality client focused service provision; who can facilitate employee and team development; and oversee the effective financial management of the Division.
