Operations Director (headspace Centre Manager) – Full Time Fixed Term until June 2016

About the Position
The headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program (hYEPP) is an innovative initiative established to provide assertive, early intervention, responsive treatment and holistic recovery focused care for young people aged 12 to 25 years who experience a first episode psychosis.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Mental Health and Wellbeing you will be responsible for oversight of clinical and operational service delivery of a headspace service hub incorporating headspace primary care and community awareness programs and youth early psychosis program, based on the EPPIC 16 Core Components.
Working closely with the Clincial Director and Program Leads you will develop a new headspace early psychosis service and integrate the Early Psychosis service in to the existing headspace primary care service. This is a key senior management position within Anglicare NT and will involve participation in Anglicare NT leadership activities.
You will hold a tertiary qualification in mental health nursing or allied health and registration with the relevant professional board. You will also have significant leadership and clinical experience working in senior management roles in mental health, preferably with young people.
