About the Position

The Money Matters Programs offer financial inclusion services aimed at providing information, options, support and advocacy to individuals, families and groups of consumers who find themselves in financial difficulties. Service delivery is focused on strengthening clients’ capacity to manage their own financial affairs.

The Initiatives Manager MM will provide complex case advice and support, oversee service delivery, manage people and budgets, coordinate supervision and training, strengthen and build on networks, and ensure timely and accountable reporting to bodies for the Anglicare NT Money Matters programs.

To be successful you will have tertiary qualifications in Financial Counselling and Community Development as well as significant experience in community services, team management and working with the indigenous community.
