About the Position
The Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner will provide professional mediation/dispute resolution services for families and their members in accordance with the Family Law Act of Australia, and in line with the funding agreements, sub contract requirements and guidelines issued by the Family Support program and Anglicare NT.
You will have a tertiary qualifications in an appropriate social science discipline as well as experience and a commitment to community services with a record of contribution to social justice initiatives. You will have experience responding to community need, a knowledge of contemporary family dispute resolution frameworks, approaches to working with families through separation, child inclusive practices and an understanding of the relevant legislation.
