About the Position

We are looking for an experienced manager to support the growth of our Aged and Disability programs in the delivery of high quality service provision.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Community Services Manager will play a key role in service development and growth in collaboration with Program Coordinators and external partners .

The ideal candidate will have management and leadership experience within the aged and disability sectors, a strong commitment to individualised models of service delivery and a good understanding of the changes happening in the aged and disability sectors.
