About the Position
headspace Darwin is part of a national youth mental health initiative aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged 12-25 in the greater Darwin region. headspace Darwin has recently expanded to provide hYEPP (Youth Early Psychosis Program) delivering early intervention, responsive treatment and holistic recovery focused care for young people aged 12 to 25 years who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing a first in episode of psychosis.
We are recruiting a Community Engagement and Youth Participation Worker to coordinate and deliver the Community Awareness program and the Youth Participation component of service delivery for the headspace Darwin service.
To be successful in this role, you will have minimum professional requirements include approved tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and experience working with young people in primary health care, youth or mental health setting.
