About the Position
headspace Darwin is part of a national youth mental health initiative aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged 12 to 25 years. The service has recently expanded to provide the hYEPP (Youth Early Psychosis) Program, delivering responsive and recovery focused care for young people who are at risk of / or experiencing a first episode of psychosis. The headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program (hYEPP) is an innovative initiative established to provide assertive, early intervention, responsive treatment and holistic recovery focused care for young people aged 12 to 25 years who experience a first episode psychosis.
Our headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Psychologist, Occupational Therapists or Social Worker who is passionate about an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young Territorians. Clinicians who have experience or a passion for working with young people and families are encouraged to apply.
Be engaged in building an Australian Government (Department of Health) funded youth mental health program in Darwin, Northern Territory, at its commencement.
