KEEP SAFE AND STAY IN TOUCH

Updated: 28 June 2021 at 4pm

The Greater Darwin area (Darwin, Palmerston, Litchfield, Belyuen, Wagait and Dundee Beach) full lockdown has been extended 72 hours until 1pm, Friday 2nd July 2021.

Remember the only 5 reasons you can leave your home are:

  1. Medical treatment, including COVID testing or vaccination
  2. For essential goods and services, like groceries and medications
  3. For work that is considered essential
  4.  For one hour of outdoor exercise a day within 5 km from your home with one other person or people from your house
  5. To provide care and support to a family member or person who cannot support themselves.

The NT Deputy Chief Health Officer has confirmed we are dealing with the Delta variant of COVID-19.  If you are in the lockdown area and leave your place of residence for one of the above 5 reasons you must wear a mask. If you are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine and have not yet booked to received your first dose, we strongly encourage to do so.

We want to help keep you, our staff and the public safe. Services in the lock down area are reduced to essential support and some sessions will change to phone or online. Non-essential group activities will be rescheduled and our Ludmilla OpShop is closed.  Our services in other regions (outside the lockdown area) are operating as usual.

If you want more information or have an existing appointment this week at one of our Greater Darwin offices (Winnellie, Ludmilla, Casuarina, Garaworra or Palmerston) please phone ahead to confirm arrangements before coming in as your session may be done differently or may have been rescheduled.
