Tenancy Support and Sustainablity Program (TSSP)
The  TSSP Supports Territory Housing tenants keep their tenancy.  The program is life skills based.  TSSP clients have the opportunity to participate in training covering:

• Money and resource management
• Visitor and crowding management
• Household orientation
• Maintaining a safe, healthy and hygienic home and living environment

Clients can only be referred by Territory Housing (Casuarina Area office).  There are other organisations providing TSSP in other Territory Housing areas.

 A Place to Call Home (APTCH)
Clients referred to this program live in a Territory Housing property of which Anglicare is the Head-lease tenant.  When the client is ready (expected to be within 12 months) tenancy management is handed back to Territory Housing so the client can remain in the same house.
