RECONNECT Darwin ; Palmerston and Rural

“Linking Young People Families & Community”

• Provides individual support for young people who have recently become homeless or are at risk of early home leaving to reconnect with family and / or access other support services to meet their needs. Also provides support and referrals to families of young people who have recently left home or are at risk of early home leaving. ReConnect provides community coordination and collaboration activities in relation to youth homelessness
• Target group 12 – 18 who are homeless or at risk
• For young people living in Darwin, Palmerston and Rural areas.
• Provides support, advocacy, information & referral to individuals
