Prison Chaplaincy Services (Darwin and Alice Springs)
Anglicare manages Prison Chaplaincy services in Darwin and Alice Springs on behalf of the Northern Territory Council of Churches.
The service is ecumenical with a coordinator working in each of the two Correctional Centres.
Religious services, activities and pastoral care are provided each week by personnel from different Christian and other faith traditions. The Coordinating chaplains maintain a roster of service providers.
Services are available to prisoners, their families, and Correctional Centre staff.
