Post School Options

Post School Options is a centre based day activities program for Young Adults with high support needs as they transition from school to adult life. Support is provided to access recreational and vocational activities within the community as well as at the centre.

• Post School Options provides support for adults with high support needs between 18 and 25 years of age
• For young people living in the greater Darwin Area.
• Participants can attend for a maximum of 4 years
• Access to service is via referral from Local Area Coordinator
• Participants approved for program by panel chaired by DHCS
