Anglicare NT, H.A.C.C. Transport, Respite and Social Support

Target group : Frail aged people 65 years and over and younger people with a disability and their partners or carers.
For people living in Darwin, Palmerston and Rural areas.
Provide transport, support, advocacy, information, counselling & referral to individuals.
Wednesday Leisure Group is a supported social Group for those with mild to moderate memory loss, providing respite for carers.
Friday Mens Group is a supported social group specifically for men who experience social isolation and may have mild to moderate memory loss and/or an acquired brain injury.
