Health Connections for Youth (HCY)

HCY is a free and confidential service to help young people with a broad range of health issues including physical, mental, social, and emotional health.

HCY assists young people aged 12 – 25 who are homeless or at risk, or who have significant health issues
For young people living in Darwin, Palmerston and Rural areas.
Provide support, advocacy, information & referral to individuals
Provides practical assistance and information for young women who are pregnant or parenting
Links young people into community based health services.
