Transitional Housing - Bill Braitling Flats

The Transitional Housing program assists adults who have experienced homelessness to establish a stable housing environment. 

• Operates from the Bill Braitling Flats, located in central Alice Springs, with easy access to shops and all facilities.
• Eighteen single room units are available for tenants to stay for periods of up to two years.
• A case worker, located at the flats during office hours, provides individual case management to support tenants to access appropriate supports and services.
• Tenants are also assisted to develop the personal resources and independent living skills required to live independently within the community.
• The Transitional Housing program is a partnership between Anglicare NT and Territory Housing.

Access: One ground floor unit has been fully adapted for wheelchair use. A ramp front and back provides access to this unit.

The case worker is available during office hours to address enquires.
