Yes, we are having another “We Grow Them Up” Festival.  After the success of last year’s Festival the Committee for Children were keen to have another event.  We have changed venues to the Darwin Airport Inn and look forward to a good time in this new Darwin venue.

We plan to have a special focus on the importance of Strong Fathers in growing up little children.  This two day Festival will share what we know works in helping young children grow up to be strong and healthy.  It will show how Indigenous and non Indigenous people can work in partnership to develop the best services for children in remote communities and will share new ways to support young parents and families as they grow up their babies and little children.

We will update the website with information about speakers in the near future.

Cost:  $250 (incl. GST)
Students $110 (incl. GST)
Single Day $150.00
Single Day Student $60.00

Early Bird Registration $220 – Payment and registration must be received by 1st March, 2009.
